Tour descriptions, itineraries, inclusions and indicative pricing shown on this website are for information purposes and are intended to help you plan. Final details for any journey are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Where any difference arises, the confirmed booking details shared with the customer shall apply.

• We prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation for your review
• Once you confirm, we share the applicable booking terms, payment schedule and cancellation conditions
• A booking is treated as confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation

The amount payable, payment schedule and accepted payment methods are communicated to the customer before confirmation. Bookings are confirmed subject to receipt of the agreed payment within the timeline shared. Certain services may require full payment in advance depending on supplier requirements.

• Provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking
• Carry valid identification and travel documents
• Reach departure and pick-up points at the notified times
• Follow the instructions of tour coordinators, local authorities and service providers
• Take responsibility for personal belongings during the journey

Itineraries may need to be adjusted due to weather, traffic, local conditions, site closures, transport schedules, permit issues or reasons outside our control. In such cases we make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative of comparable value. All services, including tours, accommodation and transport, are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

For international travel, the customer is responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, permits and any health or entry requirements applicable to the destination. We can assist with guidance and documentation support where offered, but the granting of a visa or entry permission rests entirely with the concerned authorities. INNOVISION Events & Excursions is not responsible for a visa refusal or denial of entry.

Accommodation is provided in the hotel category confirmed for your package. Transportation is arranged as described in the confirmed itinerary. Where a specific property or vehicle is unavailable, an alternative of a similar category may be arranged. Check-in and check-out timings follow the policies of the respective properties.

Our services are delivered as described in the confirmed itinerary and in our Service Delivery Policy. INNOVISION Events & Excursions provides travel and tourism services; no physical products are shipped.

Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are governed by the package specific terms and applicable supplier conditions communicated to the customer before confirmation. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on how to submit a request.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, transport disruptions or similar circumstances. In such events we will work with the customer and suppliers to identify the best possible alternatives.

INNOVISION Events & Excursions acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services provided by independent suppliers such as hotels, airlines and transport operators. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by the acts or omissions of such third parties or by circumstances outside our control. Customers are encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of business of INNOVISION Events & Excursions.
